Sensor Products

We work close with our academic and industry clients in a collaborative way, including full training and consultancy in use of our sensors.

Custom-made electrodes and other bespoke electrochemical components for advanced sensor systems, including the detection of a range of chemical and biological molecules in air, breath and liquid media. Current applications include medical diagnostics, electrophysiological sensors, detection of heavy metals, and DNA sensing. Kanichi’s technology uniquely allows a number of analytes to be measured from a single sample for example hydrogen, methane, carbon monoxide, and ammonia in breath.

Kanichi’s electrochemical and nanomaterial technology is also available to support advances in other rapidly emerging application areas such as trace component detection, highly conductive functionalised inks, radio frequency identification devices, fuel cells and printed thin film batteries.

Some of our systems require specialised functional components and we are able to synthesise these ourselves. Thus we also offer a custom synthesis facility.

Our current sensor product range is detailed below. We offer custom fabrication of screen-printed sensors and work extensively with both industry and academic to translate electrochemical technology from the lab to the field. Please email us for more information.
